Having approved the proposal on creation of new manufacture at the Turkmenbashi oil refineries complex, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov gave the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet a number of concrete instructions.Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet T.Atahallyev reported on the state of affairs in the agricultural sector and course of seasonal campaigns in velayats.As he informed, in regions of the country due work is carried out to gather wheat in due time. Одобрив предложение, касающееся выполнения заказов от различных отраслей на текстильную продукцию, Президент Туркменистана поручил вице-премьеру провести соответствующую работу.Далее заместитель Председателя Кабинета Министров Б.Сейидова отчиталась о ведущейся подготовке к проведению Недели культуры в Балканском велаяте.Как сообщалось, благодаря неустанным усилиям Президента Туркменистана и Героя-Аркадага создаются необходимые условия для развития культуры, сохранения национального наследия и его широкой популяризации на международном уровне.В соответствии с Постановлением Президента Туркменистана и по случаю Дня работников культуры и искусства, а также поэзии Махтумкули Фраги, осуществляется соответствующая подготовительная работа по организации на высоком уровне очередной Недели культуры в Балканском велаяте в период 22–27 июня года «Независимый нейтральный Туркменистан – родина целеустремлённых крылатых скакунов».В её рамках намечено проведение различных культурных мероприятий по видам искусства, художественного творчества, в том числе церемоний открытия и закрытия Недели культуры в здании «Türkmeniň ak öýi» в городе Балканабат, песенно-музыкальных выступлений, конференций, выставок, творческих встреч, литературных вечеров, показов фильмов и сценических постановок. Кроме того, будут подведены итоги ранее объявленных творческих конкурсов, а также организован показ оперы «Лейли и Меджнун» в Национальном музыкально-драматическом театре имени Махтумкули.В данной связи вице-премьер представила на рассмотрение главы государства соответствующее предложение.Резюмируя отчёт, Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов подчеркнул, что в Туркменистане большое внимание уделяется развитию культуры, по случаю Дня работников культуры и искусства, а также поэзии Махтумкули Фраги организуются многочисленные мероприятия. В этой связи вице-премьеру было поручено должным образом подготовиться и обеспечить высокий уровень проведения Недели культуры.Далее слово было предоставлено заместителю Председателя Кабинета Министров Б.Маммедову, который, прежде всего, от имени научной общественности страны сердечно поздравил главу государства и Героя-Аркадага с торжественно отмечаемым в году «Независимый нейтральный Туркменистан – родина целеустремлённых крылатых скакунов» Днём науки, а также Аркадаглы Героя Сердара – с избранием академиком Академии наук Туркменистана и присвоением учёного звания профессора по экономическим и политическим специальностям. Национальному Лидеру туркменского народа и Президенту Сердару Бердымухамедову были адресованы пожелания крепкого здоровья, долголетия, успехов в масштабной деятельности во имя благополучия народа и Отчизны.Затем вице-премьер отчитался о ведущейся работе по развитию науки в стране.Как было доложено, в эру Возрождения новой эпохи могущественного государства осуществляется комплексная деятельность по развитию научной сферы, последовательному совершенствованию в соответствии с реалиями времени её законодательной и материально-технической базы.Согласно задачам, определённым в «Стратегии развития сферы науки в Туркменистане на 2024–2052 годы» и Плане мероприятий по её реализации на 2024–2028 годы, которые утверждены Указом Президента Туркменистана, Академией наук совместно с министерствами и отраслевыми ведомствами подготовлен проект «Государственной программы по популяризации достижений науки, техники и технологий в Туркменистане на 2026–2030 годы» и Плана мероприятий по её реализации.Целью Программы является дальнейшее повышение человеческого капитала, расширение научного кругозора и мировоззрения молодёжи, развитие её научного и творческого потенциала, а также активное привлечение молодых в научную деятельность путём популяризации достижений науки, техники и технологий среди всех представителей общества, в том числе молодёжи.В данной связи вице-премьер представил на рассмотрение главы государства соответствующее предложение.Заслушав отчёт, Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов отметил, что в эру Возрождения новой эпохи могущественного государства осуществляется эффективная работа по развитию интеллектуального потенциала, научного мировоззрения населения и, подписав документ «Об утверждении Государственной программы по популяризации достижений науки, техники и технологий в Туркменистане в 2026–2030 годах», адресовал вице-премьеру ряд поручений.Затем слово было предоставлено заместителю Председателя Кабинета Министров, министру иностранных дел Р.Мередову, который, прежде всего, от имени участников заседания сердечно поздравил Президента Туркменистана и Национального Лидера туркменского народа с широко отмечаемым ежегодно в стране Днём науки, а также главу государства – с присвоением учёного звания профессора по экономическим и политическим специальностям и избранием академиком Академии наук Туркменистана по экономическим и политическим наукам. Как отмечалось, Национальный Лидер туркменского народа, Председатель Халк Маслахаты Туркменистана с первых дней независимости Отчизны осуществил колоссальную работу по развитию науки. Сегодня Президент Туркменистана достойно продолжает инициативы Героя-Аркадага в этой области. Заместитель главы Правительства, руководитель внешнеполитического ведомства пожелал Герою-Аркадагу и Президенту Сердару Бердымухамедову крепкого здоровья, долголетия, успехов в ответственной деятельности во имя благополучия и процветания народа и Родины.Затем вице-премьер, министр иностранных дел отчитался о ходе подготовки к официальному визиту в Туркменистан Премьер-министра Малайзии.Как подчёркивалось, одним из основных векторов внешней политики Президента Сердара Бердымухамедова выступает развитие взаимовыгодного сотрудничества Туркменистана со странами мира. В данном контексте на системной основе ведётся работа по расширению и укреплению двусторонних отношений нашей Отчизны с государствами Азиатского континента.Особо отмечалось партнёрство с Малайзией, которая в числе первых признала независимость Туркменистана. Дипломатические отношения между нашими странами установлены 17 мая 1992 года и в настоящее время поддерживаются на высоком уровне. Малайзия – государство, которое одним из первых поддержало международное признание постоянного нейтралитета нашей Отчизны. На сегодняшний день договорно-правовая база двустороннего сотрудничества подкреплена 43 межгосударственными, межправительственными и межведомственными документами.В отношении политической сферы подчёркивалось, что важная роль в развитии партнёрства отводится взаимным визитам глав государств и правительств, встречам на высшем уровне. Так, были организованы 9 государственных и официальных визитов высокого уровня, в частности, 4 визита Президента Туркменистана в Малайзию, 5 визитов Премьер-министров Малайзии в нашу страну.В этой связи отмечалось, что Национальный Лидер туркменского народа, Председатель Халк Маслахаты Герой-Аркадаг на протяжении многих лет осуществлял большую работу по углублению двусторонних отношений со странами Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона, в том числе с Малайзией.В частности, в ходе государственных и официальных визитов Героя-­Аркадага в Малайзию в 2011 и 2016 годах были заложены основы для укрепления дружественных связей между нашими странами, расширения политического диалога и активизации обоюдовыгодного сотрудничества.В настоящее время под руководством Президента Сердара Бердымухамедова развивается взаимодействие с Малайзией. В этой связи особо отмечалось, что по итогам официального визита главы государства в Малайзию 18–19 декабря 2024 года двусторонние отношения вышли на качественно новый уровень.Вместе с тем поддерживаются контакты на уровне правительств и министерств иностранных дел. Политический диалог между Туркменистаном и Малайзией эффективно развивается в рамках международных организаций, в частности, Организации Объединённых Наций, Организации исламского сотрудничества, Движения неприсоединения и других крупных авторитетных структур.В торгово-экономической сфере Малайзия является давним партнёром Туркменистана. В этой связи вице-премьер, министр иностранных дел Р.Мередов доложил о подготовке к официальному визиту делегации во главе с Премьер-министром Малайзии в нашу страну. Как отмечалось, его итоги будут способствовать дальнейшему расширению и выводу отношений между двумя дружественными странами на качественно новый уровень.Заслушав отчёт, глава государства, подчеркнул, что взаимодействие между Туркменистаном и Малайзией плодотворно развивается, и в целях укрепления межгосударственного сотрудничества поручил вице-премьеру, министру иностранных дел должным образом подготовиться к официальному визиту Премьер-министра Малайзии в нашу страну.Далее заместитель Председателя Кабинета Министров Б.Аннаев отчитался о проводимой работе по совершенствованию деятельности транспортно-коммуникационного комплекса.Как было доложено, последовательно укрепляется материально-техническая база данного сектора и принимаются эффективные меры по приведению нормативно-правовой базы отрасли в соответствие требованиям времени, что имеет важное значение для дальнейшего развития комплекса.В данной связи вице-премьер представил на рассмотрение главы государства соответствующее предложение.Резюмируя отчёт, Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов отметил, что транспортно-коммуникационный сектор является одним из ключевых. Подписав Постановление, подготовленное в целях совершенствования деятельности министерств и ведомств, входящих в структуру комплекса, глава государства поручил вице-премьеру провести соответствующую работу.Затем Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов, обращаясь к членам Кабинета Министров, отметил, что сегодня в стране широко отмечается День науки. Как подчёркивалось, в нашей независимой Отчизне большое значение придаётся развитию сферы науки, создаются все условия для того, чтобы граждане могли заниматься наукой и образованием. Пользуясь случаем, глава государства сердечно поздравил участников заседания и родной народ с Днём науки.На заседании также был рассмотрен ряд других важных вопросов государственной жизни, по которым приняты соответствующие решения.Завершая заседание Кабинета Министров по цифровой системе, Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов пожелал его участникам крепкого здоровья, семейного благополучия и больших успехов в работе во имя процветания суверенной Отчизны.
